The Tirolessa USA Stucco / Render Sprayer can be used for applying plaster, small-scale shotcrete, papercrete, earthen mixes, and more. It can be used for rendering houses or traditional plastering and stucco.  It’s ideal for GRC, stamped concrete or even building a stucco fence and also helps in building organic sculptures. In addition, it is also is very efficient for many alternative building methods like straw bale, earth-bag, insulated panels, and thin shell / Ferro cement. The range is from 2.5mm heavy texture to 25mm thick structural layers. You will need up to a 12cfu compressor to run it with the large jets. More air is better, bigger tanks are better. The goal is to let the compressed air do the work for you.

Important:

• Do not let the concrete harden in the jets and dunk your hopper in water frequently during usage. This will make the final clean-up easier.
• Tip:  Apply a thin film coating WD-40 (or similar) after each use, which will make the sprayer easier to clean.
